Audit and Risk Committee

The Audit and Risk Committee oversees all systems, controls and processes that may have an impact on the Society’s ability to meet its objectives. It is a sub-committee of the Council and meets three times a year. The Committee provides oversight of the Society's investment managers. Members are appointed by the Council and consist of at least three Council members and at least one (and up to three) external members.
