The RSS Avon Local Group will host its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the afternoon on 16 November at the University of Bath. The AGM is a key opportunity for Local Group members to review the Society's activities, finances and governance arrangements. it is also a great opportunity for the general public to learn more about our work and join the local group.

This event will be held together with a talk by Dr Zak Vardy from Imperical College London on Shaking Things Up: Statistical Modelling of Earthquakes. The talk will start at 15:15 in Room 6 West 2.104 and will be followed by refreshments.
