Nominations for the 2025 RSS Honours have now opened, and all are invited to put forward people they think deserve recognition for their contribution to statistics and data.
There is a wide range of honours and prizes to be awarded next year, including the Guy Medal in Silver, the Guy Medal in Bronze, the Barnett Award, the David Cox Research Prize and the Greenfield Medal, as well as our Honorary Fellowships. These cover a wide range of research areas, career stages and disciplines, so we encourage members to read the criteria and consider all colleagues and peers that are eligible for nomination.
Nominations can be made by individual RSS fellows, as well as members of our committees, sections, and special interest and local groups. We have also appointed a search committee to seek out and nominate candidates to ensure the process is as inclusive as possible and that we represent excellence across the community in all its diversity.
Nominations close 31 October 2024.
