We are pleased to announce that that the 2026 edition of the RSS International Conference will take place at the Bournemouth International Centre on England’s south coast from 7–10 September 2026.
Famous for its warm sandy beaches, lively cultural scene and Victorian architecture, Bournemouth has long been a favourite location for events. Before the pandemic necessitated moving the event online, Bournemouth was originally scheduled to host the conference in 2020.
Paul Gentry, Head of RSS Conference and Events, said ‘We are delighted to be able to return to Bournemouth in 2026 after our plans to hold the RSS Conference there for the first time in 2020 were thwarted’.
The announcement follows a record breaking conference in Brighton last month, with a return to the south cost following
next year’s conference, which will take place in Edinburgh.
Detailed planning for the 2026 conference will begin next summer.
