The RSS conference brings together the statistics and data science community from across the UK, Europe and around the world to share knowledge and learn about latest developments.

With over 600 attendees from around 30 countries and all sectors using statistics and data, this is a must-attend event for professionals, researchers, students and everyone interested in the impactful application of statistics and data science.

We are delighted that the conference will be returning to Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city, for the first time since 2009.  The 2024 Conference will take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) with the conference dinner being hosted by the National Museum.

As usual, the conference programme will feature top keynote speakers, invited topic sessions, professional development workshops, contributed and rapid-fire talks, and poster presentations, as well as many opportunities for networking.

The call for invited session proposals will be issued in the summer of 2024 with submissions for contributed talks and conference registration opening in the autumn.
