The RSS Annual General Meeting will be held on 14 September from 13:00 – 13:30 as part of our annual Conference. The meeting will take place in the conference venue: P&J Live, East Burn Road, Stoneywood, Aberdeen, AB21 9FX.
Conference attendees are not required to register beforehand; you are welcome to attend on the day. If you would like to attend the AGM but not the Conference, please email

The AGM is a key opportunity for members to review the Society's activities, finances and governance arrangements.
As part of the meeting, RSS President Sylvia Richardson and Chief Executive, Stian Westlake, will speak about the Society's work over the last year.
Members will also be asked to either approve or amend:
Non-members are very welcome to attend the event, but only RSS Fellows have the right to vote. There is no charge for attending the AGM.
