The Office for National Statistics (ONS) is launching a new e-book, ‘Measuring the Economy’ to support undergraduate and postgraduate economic statistics teaching.
The book aims to convey the importance of best-practice, real-world economic measurement, and as such, to support academics and students in understanding the issues surrounding the measurement of the modern economy.
RSS members are invited to the launch of the book on Thursday 6 June from 4pm at the Shard in London. You can book your place here.
Different chapters have been written by leading experts in their fields, which will be published between May and December 2019. The first chapter has already been launched online. ONS will invite feedback and review from stakeholders until March 2020.
