Paris 21 is seeking volunteers with gender statistics expertise

As part of a collaboration with the UN Women's global initiative "Paris 21 provides support to developing countries in strengthening their use, dissemination and communication of gender statistics through media engagement, visualisation and user-producer dialogue.

Paris 21 is developing an e-learning module to improve the skills of statisticians and journalists to communicate gender statistics effectively. They are looking for 1-2 volunteer statisticians with expertise in presenting gender statistics to the public or using gender statistics for media work. The volunteers will provide insights on available literature on the topic of presenting gender statistics, and will give feedback on what key elements should be part of the e-learning course. They will be required to revise short documents on ideas for the e-learning course. 

They are looking for volunteers with demonstrated professional experience including working for a national statistical office or a ministry in the domain of gender statistics. The work will be done remotely, but involves video calls.
