I am an Associate Professor in Quantitative Methods and Assessment working in the School of Education at the University of Leeds, UK. Essentially, I am an educational statistician with interests including analysis of large educational datasets, scale development, assessment and psychometrics.
I am a mathematician by training with a BSc and a PhD in maths. I have been working in educational research for the last 13 years, with a growing interest and focus on quantitative methods over the last 8 years or so.
