Profile

Oyelola Adegboye, PhD is a chartered biostatistician/chartered scientist and an experienced public health researcher. His research interests are in time series, spatial and environmental epidemiology, disease mapping and mixed models data with applications in biomedical sciences and public health studies. Dr. Oyelola work centred on developing and integrating innovative statistical approaches to advance public health and population studies. He focuses on exploring spatial and spatio-temporal variations in infectious and non-infectious diseases, covariance structures in spatio-temporal models, an/isotropy issues in spatial data as well as complex correlation structures in marginal and mixed models. He is a reviewer for many interdisciplinary journals.
