The Gulf local group was established in 2021 to deliver an annual programme of events and activities that engage the statistical community and those with interest in statistics in the region, namely Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
