The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Edinburgh Local Group will be held in LT3, Appleton Tower and online on Tuesday 14th November at 6pm. It will be held before the start of an event on Forensic Figures: DNA, Fingerprints & Stats. If you would like to attend the AGM, please register for the event (the same joining link will be used for the event and the AGM).
In accordance with the regulations of Local Groups, the following candidates are nominated by the local group committee as members for the 2024 session:

There are vacancies on the committee, and anyone interested can contact Tess Vernon (tess.vernon@bioss.ac.uk) to discuss joining the committee or express interest . For expressions of interest, send us a paragraph (up to 300 words) by 11th November 2023, summarising your background, why you would like to join, and what you will contribute to the committee. Unless alternative nominations are received before 11th November, these persons will be declared elected at the annual general meeting.
