In this session we explore ethical challenges and responsibilities that arise when working with personal data. This event brings together speakers from Edinburgh Futures Institute, an interdisciplinary research centre, and Hymans Roberston, an independent provider of pensions and investment advice, who will discuss the implications of ethical data use.

Presentations will cover ethics relating to data for research and longevity modelling.

This session is ideal for professional statisticians and anyone with a keen interest in the responsible use of data.
