The
Edinburgh Local Group of the Royal Statistical Society (RSS) is looking for new members to serve on its committee.
As a committee member, you will get to contribute new ideas for local activities and help plan and deliver a programme of events. You will be joining an engaged and enthusiastic group from a range of professions and sectors.
We aim to organise three to four events a year to actively engage the local statistical community and those with an interest in statistics, data science or their applications. Our next event will be our AGM. This will be held on MSTeams at 6pm on Tuesday 15

th November with a paragraph (up to 250 words) summarising your background, why you would like to join, and what you will contribute to the committee.
