Currently work as a Statistician for Mars Petcare, with 12 years’ experience working as an applied research statistician.
I have previously worked supporting research within the food, agricultural and environmental sectors, before which I supported pre-clinical research within the pharmaceutical industry. At Mars I manage the statistical support to ensure that all research is of a high standard from a statistical and robust experimental design perspective, through powering and applying up to date statistical techniques.
I have experience analysing a variety of data types such as qPCR, sequencing, behavioural or dental measures etc., which incorporate statistical complexities such as repeated measures, non-linearity, multivariate, censoring and multiplicity.
