RSS International Conference 2025

The RSS conference brings together the statistics and data science community from across the UK, Europe and around the world to share knowledge and learn about latest developments.

With over 600 attendees from more than 30 countries and all sectors using statistics and data, this is a must-attend event for professionals, researchers, students and everyone interested in the cutting edge of statistical methodology and the impactful application of statistics and data science.

We are delighted to be returning to Edinburgh, Scotland’s historic capital city, for the first time since 2009.  The 2025 Conference will take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre with the welcome reception held at the Playfair Library and the conference dinner at the National Museum of Scotland.

As usual, the conference programme will feature top keynote speakers, invited topic sessions, professional development workshops, contributed and rapid-fire talks, and poster presentations, as well as many opportunities for networking.

We are currently seeking proposals for invited topic sessions at the conference with a deadline of 21 November.
