The FCDO has had statistical staff based overseas for a long time and the Office for National Statistics began posting staff to partner countries since it began its international development programme in 2017. This webinar organised by the RSS International Development Section brings together some of the staff currently posted to LMICs to reflect on and share their experience of being embedded in different statistical organisations around the world.

This webinar organised by the RSS International Development Section brings together some of the staff currently posted to LMICs to reflect on and share their experience of being embedded in different statistical organisations around the world.

The panellists will discuss their career, why they decided to work internationally, their day-to-day and what they have learned from the experience. There will be plenty of time for Q&As.
