Conference costs

What does the registration fee include?

All registration fees include access to all sessions on the relevant days, lunch and tea and coffee breaks.

The full in-person conference package also includes all evening social events for those who opt into them. Those registering for one or two days will need to pay for any evening events they wish to attend. All in-person attendees will get access to the online platform and the recordings of broadcast sessions, which will be available for 30 days post-conference.

If you cannot travel to Aberdeen then you can sign up to online access to at least 30 hours of content broadcast from the venue, including all keynote sessions and a selection of invited topic sessions.

In an effort to reduce the amount of printed material at the conference, printed conference directories  can be purchased at additional cost (an electronic download is provided free of charge).

If you'd like to attend the Early Career Researchers pre-conference day on 12 September (an in-person only event), an additional cost of £40 will be payable when you register for the conference (regardless of whether you're attending the full conference or not).
