The Teaching Statistics Section is now looking for new members to serve on its committee. Committee members are actively involved in organising events and conference sessions and preparing newsletters and other communications. Committee meetings are held four or five times a year, aiming to alternate between in-person and online meetings.
Expressions of interest should be sent to the Section’s email address (teachingstats@rss.org.uk) by 18 September 2026. Please include a brief (200-word) description of your experience in teaching statistics, why you would like to join the committee, and what you could offer the Section. Applicants might be invited to a short interview in October 2026.
