Join the Edinburgh Local Group for their annual general meeting (AGM) followed by our final event of the year, The Big RSS Edinburgh AI Debate. The evening will involve a brief AGM to report on the last year as a local group and elect a 2027 committee.
In the final event of the RSS Edinburgh calendar year, we will be hosting “The Big RSS Edinburgh AI Debate”. A panel of speakers will be debating in favour and against the statement, “This house believes that AI will replace the role of some statisticians.” In addition, the RSS Edinburgh group will host their yearly AGM at the start of the event.
