Measuring the emerging phenomenon of post-COVID-19 syndrome ('long COVID').

For some people, coronavirus (COVID-19) can cause symptoms that last weeks or months after the infection has gone. This is sometimes called post-COVID-19 syndrome or ‘long COVID’. Long COVID is an emerging phenomenon that is not yet fully understood.

Hosted by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and the Statistics User Network* (SUN), this seminar is an exciting opportunity to hear recent evidence on long COVID, including the latest ONS releases on the prevalence and impact of long COVID (published in July 2021).
