The annual general meeting (AGM) of the
Edinburgh Local Group will be held online on Tuesday 2 December at 7.30pm. It will be held before the start of an event on
Statistics in Sport. If you would like to attend the AGM, please
register for the event (the same joining link will be used for the event and the AGM).
In accordance with the regulations of Local Groups, the following candidates are nominated by the local group committee as members for the 2022 session:
Chair: David Ewing
Secretary: Ailith Ewing
Treasurer: Tess Vernon
Christopher Foley
There are vacancies on the committee which anyone interested can contact
edinburghlg@rss.org.uk to discuss joining the committee or express interest . For expressions of interest, send us a paragraph (up to 200 words) by 25 November 2021, summarising your background, why you would like to join, and what you will contribute to the committee. Please note that you will need to be a fellow of the RSS to take up a position.
Unless alternative nominations are received before 25 November, these persons will be declared elected at the annual general meeting.
