SROI practitioner sought for charity pro bono project

The Society is seeking a Social Return on Investment (SROI) practitioner for a pro bono project.

As part of our Statisticians for Society initiative, the Society has matched a volunteer statistician with Community Lincs, a small charity that works to reduce the rural isolation and vulnerability experienced by Lincolnshire people. The volunteer statistician is supporting the charity with reviewing their existing evaluation methods and designing a robust framework to evaluate project outcomes and returns.

We are seeking a volunteer with experience of designing Social Return on Investment metrics to work with the statistician in developing non-financial measures of return to quantify benefits/returns.

Most of this project can be conducted remotely and we estimate that the project will take 10-15 days, to be completed by March 2019

If you are interested, or would like to discuss the volunteering opportunity, please contact Amaka Nwagbara at a.nwagbara@rss.org.uk
