Consulting experience in both academia and currently the private sector. I have worked with modern start-ups and understand quality systems in software engineering (DevOps), how this applies to Data Science as well as practical problem solving experience with administrative, survey and large scale internet event data handlling.

Started my working life as a cell biologist, did an MSc and a PhD part time while transitioning to a successful career as a statistician. Have consulted for companies in South Africa as well as government departments in the UK.
