Find a volunteering opportunity

The RSS is proud to be a member-driven society and a lot of the work and products we are able to offer our membership and wider community would not be possible without the many volunteers we have amongst our membership. To see how you could volunteer for the Society and have an opportunity to give back to the community, as well as boosting your continuing professional development (CPD), see our list of roles below.

Do also check the other volunteering pages listed in the left-hand menu, too.

‘As a member of PAC I’ve discovered the astonishing variety of work that professional statisticians do, the very different routes they’ve taken to get there, as well as the new challenges and opportunities coming our way with the rise of data science. It has helped me enormously to think strategically about my everyday work, and it has been genuinely fun to work with a great bunch of colleagues.’
